Individual hiresHiring individual engineers means…
- 2–4 months to hire each role
- 4–8 weeks onboarding per engineer
- No guarantee the team will click
- Knowledge silos, single points of failure
- Repeated interview loops & sourcing cost

Case studies
Eight engagements across energy, industrial and enterprise AI, each told as problem, solution and impact.
Case Study 01
A large enterprise client needed to manage complex industrial inspection workflows end-to-end and at scale across many tenants, from ingesting thousands of high-res images, through annotation and engineering assessment, to automated PDF report delivery.
Multi-tier platform (~24 interconnected services): ASP.NET Core + Angular / React frontends, event-driven workers for report generation, Elasticsearch for search, MongoDB for annotations, S3 for imagery with automated lifecycle management, federated auth via IdentityServer4.
Handles multi-tenant workloads with tenant isolation; generates and delivers PDF reports asynchronously at scale; S3 lifecycle rules keep storage cost bounded automatically.
Case Study 02
A climate-tech client needed a platform to evaluate and score locations for renewable energy projects and to produce shareable reports and exports for stakeholders.
NestJS REST API with PostgreSQL, Redis cache and Bull job queue, paired with a React SPA and exporters for Excel and other downstream formats. Auth0 (JWKS) for identity, OpenTelemetry for tracing.
Interactive evaluation and scoring of renewable-energy sites; real-time collaborative updates via Socket.IO; multiple export formats for downstream analysis and planning.
Case Study 03
Engineering teams needed to stitch, annotate and assess very large imagery sets (industrial inspection scale) across desktop tooling, web interfaces and background workers, with tight performance requirements.
Multi-component platform: ASP.NET Core API + Angular web, Windows Forms annotation desktop tool, and an ImageProcessing worker running CV libraries. MongoDB for annotation metadata, ImageMagick / OpenCvSharp / NetVips for pipelines, Fabric.js for rich in-browser annotation.
End-to-end image pipeline from ingestion to assessment; desktop, web and worker components share a common domain model; engineering teams get consistent data regardless of entry point.
Case Study 04
A large energy client ran its yield calculations across several separate tools, each driving its own calculation engine. Results had to be audit-grade, engine capacity was limited, and strict cloud governance and on-premises network rules narrowed the options.
Reference architecture for one shared calculation core with two routes: a fast in-product path (versioned package → service) and an expert path via Airflow. A cost-aware compute router (Lambda fan-out, Fargate/Batch, on-premises HPC), shared engine scheduling, full provenance, a typed data contract, and an outbound-only connector to the on-premises cluster.
Consolidates several yield pipelines into one governed service. Large calculation runs benchmarked in seconds on modest compute, backed by documented architecture decisions, a phased delivery plan, and a nightly parity harness that keeps results consistent.
Case Study 05
An enterprise legal and compliance department had knowledge scattered across SharePoint and internal portals, with no governed search and no structured way to take in, triage, and track legal requests. Strict employee-privacy and EU AI Act requirements applied.
Permission-safe RAG: vectors and ACLs in one Aurora pgvector store, so access filtering happens inside the retrieval query. Graph webhook plus delta sync ingestion, Bedrock (Claude) answers with citations, Step Functions workflow with SLA timers, and one API serving web, Copilot (MCP), and admin.
A phased PRD and full architecture concept. Run cost modelled to stay low from pilot onwards, including one-off indexing of a large document corpus; aggregate-only analytics satisfy employee-privacy rules by design.
Case Study 06
A global enterprise needed internal videos translated and dubbed into several languages without manual transcription, translation, and voice-over work for every release.
Serverless AWS backend in three stages: upload and catalog, an event-driven dubbing workflow (speech-to-text → per-language translation with timing fit → voice synthesis → media merge), and CDN delivery to the player. S3 events fan out via SNS/EventBridge.
Turns a manual, per-language process into an automated pipeline where adding a language is a loop iteration, not a new project. Pay-per-use serverless keeps idle cost near zero.
Case Study 07
Business users at an enterprise client waited on developers for every small dashboard or data app built on their data-virtualization layer.
Chat UI where an LLM returns a small widget spec, then deterministic code expands it from a fixed widget catalog into Appsmith pages and SQL queries. Self-hosted Appsmith on ECS, Denodo over the Postgres protocol, secrets injected at deploy, versioned snapshots in S3.
Users describe an app and get a working one. Keeping the LLM output small and the build deterministic makes results predictable and safe to deploy.
Case Study 08
Data scientists at an enterprise client rebuilt the same ML scaffolding (pipelines, training, deployment) for every project, with inconsistent quality across teams.
Serverless GitHub Copilot custom agent in VS Code: a guided, multi-stage flow covering common problem patterns (classification, forecasting, optimization, pipelines and more), multiple run targets, and shared Python/SQL libraries. It generates code only and never touches live data.
Standardizes how DS projects start and ship, with no infrastructure to run. Builds on an existing Copilot agent the client already adopted.

Process & collaboration
Senior engineers who plug into your rituals, not the other way around.
Slack / Teams for daily sync, async docs for design decisions, weekly demo + planning call with stakeholders.
CET/CEST base: 2–3h morning overlap with US East, full-day overlap with UK & EU. Async-first where possible.
2-week sprints or continuous delivery. We adapt to your existing process rather than forcing ours.
PR reviews (peer + AI-assisted), CI on every commit, automated tests, shared lint + format config across repos.
GitHub / GitLab, Jira / Linear, Figma-friendly, OpenTelemetry + structured logs for observability from day one.
We ramp ourselves: a shadow sprint first, then full velocity by sprint 2. No ‘ramp-up tax’.

Our preferred model
Milestone-based delivery
Scoped deliverable, fixed fee, clear milestones. You know exactly what you’re getting, and when. Ideal for discrete greenfield builds.
Also available
Split allocation
20–30h/week per engineer. A good fit when you have an existing in-house team and want senior reinforcement without the overhead of a full engagement.
Hybrid path: Start with a fixed-scope project, then roll into ongoing part-time if the partnership is a fit.

We’re a pre-formed team of three senior engineers. We build full-stack platforms, cloud-native systems on AWS and Azure, and production AI: RAG, AI agents and LLM-powered workflows. Clients bring us in to build a new product, to add AI to an existing one, or to reinforce their in-house team.
Usually this week. There’s no hiring loop, because we already work as a team with shared conventions and tooling. We start with a shadow sprint and reach full velocity by sprint 2.
Two. A fixed project is milestone-based, with a scoped deliverable and a fixed fee, and there’s no set end date: it can run for a few weeks or continue for years, one milestone after another. Part-time gives you 20–30 hours a week per engineer, on an ongoing basis. You can also start with a fixed project and move to part-time once the partnership is a fit.
Yes, and we’re glad to. There’s no upper limit on how long we work together: a fixed project can continue milestone after milestone, and part-time work is ongoing by design. We’re built for the long run, as one team that stays with your product instead of rotating people in and out.
Fixed projects have a fixed fee agreed up front, tied to clear milestones. Part-time work is billed transparently, by the hour or as a package, with one contract and one invoice flow (or per person, if you prefer). Tell us about your scope on a 30-minute call and we’ll come back with an estimate.
We’re in Belgrade and East Sarajevo, on CET/CEST. That means 2–3 hours of morning overlap with US East and full-day overlap with the UK and EU. We work async-first, with Slack or Teams for daily questions and a weekly demo and planning call.
React, Next.js and TypeScript (and Angular) on the frontend; .NET, Node.js with NestJS and Python with FastAPI on the backend. AWS first, plus Azure. PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, Elasticsearch and Redis for data, and Amazon Bedrock, RAG with pgvector, AI agents and MLOps tooling for AI. The full list is in our tech stack.
Yes, it’s a big part of our work. We build permission-safe RAG over your documents, LLM features on Amazon Bedrock (Claude) with cited answers, AI agents and integrations such as GitHub Copilot custom agents and MCP, and speech, translation and document pipelines. Governance is designed in from the start, including EU AI Act requirements and privacy-first analytics.
At every stage of delivery: Claude Code and Copilot for scaffolding and boilerplate, AI-assisted review on every pull request, rapid prototyping, documentation and large refactors. On greenfield features that makes us 2–3× faster. Every change is still reviewed by one of us and runs through CI.
Hiring takes 2–4 months per role plus 4–8 weeks of onboarding, and there’s no guarantee the people will click. Agencies tend to rotate staff. We’ve worked together for more than seven years, so you get three senior perspectives, shared conventions from day one, one contract and no single point of failure.
Yes. The part-time model is made for that: senior reinforcement without the overhead of a full engagement. We plug into your rituals and tools, such as GitHub or GitLab and Jira or Linear, and adapt to your process instead of forcing ours.
It’s a no-commitment intro. You tell us about your project and goals, we ask a few questions and suggest how we’d approach it and which engagement model fits. Your request reaches all three of us, and we confirm a time by e-mail.
